We use the finest, fresh, artisan ingredients sourced from a local farm co-op. Our dishes are inspired by international flavors and crafted with love.

Everything, from our meat and seafood to the fruits and vegetables, is sourced locally every day. Our chefs use the finest ingredients provided by our own MyKawa Market, a boutique farm-to-table store and salad bar that sells artisan olive oil, couscous, coffee, tea and spices; all grown and produced by an organic co-op farm in Morocco.
